2. Data We Collect

To provide our service, we collect minimal information:

  • User Input: Names and custom messages you enter for your proposal.
  • Images: Photos you upload for your proposal page.
  • Contact Info: Email address and phone number (required for payment processing via Razorpay).
  • Payment Data: We do NOT store card details. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data strictly to:

  • Generate and host your custom proposal page.
  • Process your one-time payment.
  • Send you the link to your created page.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. User Generated Content

You are responsible for the photos and messages you upload. Do not upload offensive, illegal, or harassing content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.

5. Payments and Refunds

LoveLink charges a one-time fee of ₹49 for lifetime access to your proposal page. Due to the digital nature of the product (instant link generation), refunds are generally not provided once the page link is created. If you face technical issues, please contact us for support.

6. Third-Party Services

We use industry-standard services:

  • Razorpay: For secure payment processing.
  • Supabase: For secure data storage.
  • Vercel: For website hosting.
